I shot Megan & Frank’s engagement session three days before their wedding. They live in Japan and were only in for the week of the wedding. But I’m so glad we snuck it in, I love being able to have a chance to get to know my couple before their big day. These two are such an amazing couple with so much love and happiness for each other, this just may have been the easiest shoot ever!

Back in August I photographed the Knot’s vendor party, at Green Acres in Indian Hill. I can not wait to have a wedding there…hint hint brides! These are some of the pictures from that night. Katie Elfers did the flowers and they were beautiful. My favorite part of the night is that we all got to take them home. Thanks Katie! Alison Wenstrup from Aviva Events coordinated the whole event. It was a great night!

This is a photographer’s dream venue, it’s so gorgeous inside and out! Seriously I can’t wait to have a wedding there!
The new logo! 
Dawn Dagenbach from Details by Dawn, and Hiedi Pasqualetti from I thee wed enjoying the evening. Both of these ladies are excellent coordinators if anyone needs to still book one for their wedding.
This is where Meghan and Alex met…their story is one of my favorites. They meet in school at Summit so they have pretty much known each other forever! I love that they will be able to share that with their kids. My husband often says to me I wish we had known each other our whole lives so that there was never a time or memory with out you, well Meghan and Alex almost have that. I think that’s so cool!…I know, I know I’m a hopeless romantic and kind of cheesy…but I can’t help it!
They surprised their guest with a Beatles cover band, that was so much fun!
Meghan’s dad plays the drums in his own band so they let him join in for a few songs.. and that’s her mom his most devoted fan!
Congratulations Meghan and Alex, thank you for letting me be part of your day, it was a blast!
