Jenna and Wes! What an amazingly fun couple! I can’t wait to shoot their wedding in July! I went up to Oxford for their engagement session, which is always fun. It was so funny because I’m not on the campus very often when students are still there, and it threw me off for a minute! But what a great day-they met there in school, When they both graduate this summer they’ll be leaving good old Ohio for a new adventure in Chicago. I think it’s always fun to get photos taken at a special place, especially speaking from a parent’s perspective, these are the kind of pictures that put together the whole story for your kids!

It was so cold on Alyssa and Matt’s wedding day but these two and their whole wedding party and family were total champs and froze their butts off for these awesome pictures!! We were outside I think for about two-two and a half hours!! Despite the cold these two had a simply fantastic day, and I couldn’t be happier for them. They are such a cute and loving couple it was hard to get a bad picture of them! Alyssa and Matt I’m so excited for you two, and wish you a thousand years of love and happiness….and babies tons of babies!

Hope and Craig’s wedding was such a fun event to photograph! First we started at the beautiful and charming Old Armstrong Chapel in Indian Hill. I absolutely love this church, it’s the perfect setting for a more intimate ceremony-I believe it holds some where around 80 people. After the Ceremony we headed to the extremely beautiful Peterloon Estate in Indian Hill. Hope, Craig and their guests enjoyed a delicious five course meal catered by Eat Well. After that we all headed back down to the Hilton Netherland Plaza for some cocktails, dessert, and swing dancing. What a night-such a fun event and so many fun elements-if I got married again I think I would do it this way too!!!

And I have to mention that Alison Wenstrup owner/operator of Aviva Events was the fantasic coordinator on this event!

Amanda and Brad had a beautiful day at Ault Park, we couldn’t have asked for a prettier day!! Katie, Sean, my husband and myself all share a very special day 9.17, That’s my anniversary date and their wedding day this year! So speaking from experience I can honestly say that is one of the best dates to get married!! I had so much fun working with these guys, they had such a fantastic wedding day. It started with the girls getting ready and the AMAZING Chenese Bean was there- who is always awesome to work with! Then we headed to Good Shepherd for the Ceremony, then off to the Muhlhauser Barn for the reception. Guys I’m so excited for you to see the rest of the images which will be up this week! I love this moment right before the bride and her father walk down the isle! This was a shot from Brandy (my second shooter) and the whole series from this time is priceless!

I was super excited to shoot Megan and Andre’s wedding which took place at the Newport Aquarium. It was my first time there and man I felt like a kid in the candy store when we got to shoot in the jelly fish room! We had such a great day, congratulations again you guys!

So when I showed up to Kelly and Taylor’s wedding I tried so hard not to think about how hot it was, I think it was somewhere around 200 degrees with 400% humidity… Weather aside they had a beautiful outside ceremony and reception at the super beautiful Krippendorf Lodge at the Cincinnati Nature Center. It was such a great day, and before I knew it time had flown by and it was time to go…. I didn’t even notice the heat!

My second photographer Brandy captured this and I just love it!

They had some very funny and emotional toasts…I particularly liked the part when Kelly’s dad said it was meant to be when Kelly made Taylor’s rock collection a box to go in…you two are so stinking cute!!!

I have never seen a reception turn into such a party. I told Kelly and Taylor I think their guest were more excited about the party then them saying “I do” and all that happily ever after stuff…. I have NEVER seen a dance floor soooooo full and with everyone,…the young,…the older,…the kiddos…everyone!!! Congratulations you guys! The rest of the pictures will be up very soon!!!

Lauren and Matt’s wedding day was nothing short of amazing! I’m still in awe of all the little details Lauren put together, she has quite an eye for design and decorating!! We started the day at the Hilton downtown Cincinnati where everyone was getting ready, then we walked to Garfield Place to some pictures. It was a gray day to begin with and we had almost finished all of the pictures and it started to rain on us! But luckily we still got to do some outside photos which I think turned out great!
